Powder injection melting (PIM) and material extrusion additive manufacturing (MEAM) are promising production technologies that allow us to obtain products from modern composite materials. These make it possible of complex shape ceramic materials, which is a non-trivial task. A highly filled polymer feedstock used as source in such technologies. In this work, study the structures properties samples obtained SiC-Ti3AlC2 TiC-Ti3AlC2 feedstocks by PIM method was performed. The main purpose work influence powder compositions on rheological samples, well determine sintering parameters these compositions. future, planned use received studied (MEAM). It found investigated had different MFI values depending composition. effect structure shown. During ceramics temperature range 1200–1400 °C vacuum, components mixture interacted with formation Ti3SiC2 TiC. For materials composition, partial oxidation titanium aluminum oxides observed.
